Workshop | Bush Animal Making | Culture on the Move

Join Ronnie Jordan (Pitta Pitta Wangkamahdla) from Culture on the Move for a hands-on experience creating your own bush animal using natural fibres. Hunting stories will also be shared in this Aboriginal cultural knowledge workshop. Participants will be empowered with a sense of connection and the opportunity to learn to connect to the oldest living culture in the world.

Suitable for all ages 3 years old and above. All materials supplied.

10am - 12pm and 1pm – 3pm

  • Ronnie Jordan is a Pitta Pitta Wangkamahdla woman. She is a qualified professional weaver and artist who is immensely passionate about her Aboriginal heritage. Ronnie has taught her culture to a wide range of people from children to the elderly, Indigenous and non-Indigenous.
